1.Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients:
1/2 a cup of coffee
2 drops peppermint extract
80ml. Simple Cow milk
2 tbsp. dark chocolate syrup
Directions:
Brew coffee of your choice (or use instant coffee) and pour into a mug. Then, stir peppermint extract and chocolate syrup into the coffee. Then, taste and adjust to your liking. Stir in Simple Cow milk.
2. Hot Cocoa

Ingredients:
453l Espresso Vanilla Vodka
1 packet dark hot cocoa mix
230ml hot water
60ml Simple Cow milk
Directions:
Pour all ingredients over Espresso Vanilla and stir. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Then, still in or glorious fresh milk.
3. Hot Cinnamon Coffee

Ingredients:
1 c. coffee
2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. organic milk
1 tsp. brown sugar, if desired
Directions:
Brew coffee of your choice. Mix in cinnamon and simple cow milk. Then, adjust to your liking. Add brown sugar if desired. Then, sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Matcha Milk

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. matcha powder
1 cup of hot simple cow milk
1/2 tsp. agave syrup (or other sweetener)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cinnamon or nutmeg, if desired
Directions:
Blend matcha powder with organic milk. Stir in agave syrup and vanilla extract. Then, sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
5. Masala Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1/2 tbsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger-root, finely grated
5 whole cloves
5 whole allspice
4 whole green cardamom pods
pink peppercorns
1 cinnamon stick
1 bags unflavoured, decaffeinated white tea
1/4 cup of simple cow milk
Directions:
Pour water into a medium-sized saucepan. Then, cover and bring to a simmer over medium heat on the stove-top. Place the fennel seed, cloves, allspice, cardamom and peppercorns into a mortar and lightly crush with a pestle.
Add the crushed spice into the simmering water. Add the cinnamon sticks and ginger-root. Stir. Recover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in the white tea leaves. Reduce heat to low and simmer 4-5 minutes. Stir in the organic milk.
Remove pot from heat and pour tea through a fine strainer to capture and discard cooked spices.
6. Warm Vanilla Milk

Ingredients:
1 cup of simple cow milk
1 tsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon for serving
Directions:
Bring simple cow milk and sugar to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Then, Stir in vanilla. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
7. Turmeric Drink

Ingredients:
1 cup of simple cow milk
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
Dash of nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger or saffron
½ teaspoon raw honey
Directions:
Heat simple cow milk in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in turmeric and nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, or saffron, as desired. Then, cook until milk is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in honey and serve.
8. London Fog

Ingredients:
1 cup of simple cow milk
½ tsp. Honey
1 cup of hot water
1/2 Vanilla bean
1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
Directions:
Set a medium pot over high heat and add the water. When the water begins to boil, turn the heat to low and add the tea bags. Let the tea steep until it’s as dark and strong as possible. Then, add the
milk, honey and vanilla bean. Let it simmer and serve!
9. Lavender Latte

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp dried lavender
2 cups water
1 cup. simple cow milk milk
4 Tbsp raw sugar
Directions:
Bring water to boil in a small saucepan. Then, remove from the heat. Add dried lavender, stir, cover pot with a lid and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add raw sugar. stir until dissolved. Heat simple cow milk in a microwave or saucepan until hot. Serve!
10. Spiced Pineapple Rum Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
60ml simple cow milk
30ml spiced rum
1 cup water
¼ cup pineapple concentrate
2 tsp Honey
½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 Cinnamon stick
½ tsp Vanilla, pure
Directions:
Place pineapple juice concentrate and water in a pot on stove. Then, simmer on medium until pineapple concentrate, rum, and water blend and mix together.
Add in your cinnamon stick, vanilla, honey, salt, and cinnamon, and let is simmer more on low or medium low for another 5 minutes. Stir with your cinnamon stick and add more cinnamon on top if desired.
